Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within the 24 hours required for cancellation.
If your cancellation is completed after the 24-hour mark, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your appointment.
100% of the cost of your service will be charged if you don't show up for your appointment, as it is considered a no-call/no-show.
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment is automatically canceled for this the cancellation fee will be charged and is non-refundable.
